At Alma Azul, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at ShopAlmaAzul@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
Due to our fulfillment process and timeframes, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you'd like
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible rather than waiting for an exchange process.
Processing Time
Once your return is received by our fulfillment partner and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
